House Concept

We (me and Man) have agreed that we would built our own house rather than buying house. However, Man has his own idea about the house. We'll not going to built the house right now, may be one or two year or more.

I went to Enstek area at Nilai and browse their housing there. They have quite variety of design. I pass this double storey Semi Detached house which attract me the most is their roof design since I knew that is the roof concept that Man's liked.

Another thing about that house that I liked was the glass concept around the house. But have to prepare a lot of curtains...$$$$.

In Bandar Baru Bangi also a three storey Semi Detached house located near the Tasik Cempaka, which the design was so so attractive. More attractive that the Enstek...but I think the price was also high.

Ms. Azida, your friend was looking for a house right? Why don't you recommend Bandar Baru Bangi. Very very nice design.... I want to offer the Enstek but it's too far from KL compared to Bandar Baru Bangi.

Agnes Monica - Matahariku

I like this Indonesian singer, Agnes Monica. She's so cute and pretty. Her song, Matahariku is very nice to hear. The melody was really good. I love the song.

AGNES MONICA - MATAHARIKU

Tertutup Sudah Pintu, Pintu Hatiku
Yang Pernah Dibuka Waktu Hanya Untukmu
Kini Kau Pergi Dari Hidupku
Kuharus Relakanmu Walau Aku Tak Mau

Reff :
Berjuta Warna Pelangi Di Dalam Hati
Sejenak Luluh Bergeming Menjauh Pergi
Tak Ada Lagi Cahaya Suci
Semua Nada Beranjak Aku Terdiam Sepi

Reff 2 :
Dengarlah Matahariku, Suara Tangisanku
Kubersedih Karna Panah Cinta Menusuk Jantungku
Ucapkan Matahariku Puisi Tentang Hidupku
Tentangku Yang Tak Mampu Menaklukkan Waktu

MMC - Finance Department's Bowling Day

My dearest friend, Ms. Azida asked me to help her for the preparation of Door Gift and Hamper for her department Bowling Day.

So, I've already decided with Ms. Azida that the Door Gift will be Chocolates. We went to a factory and bought this mengkuang (woven) match box look alike in olive color and decorated with off white and apple green ribbons.

The Door Gift

As for the Chocolates, most probably Toblerone and Hershey's Kisses but I haven't buy the chocolate. Maybe this evening to settle all the door gift.

For the hampers, I've already listed items to be include for each hamper. I'll show once the items completed.

New Wordrobe Closet

We (me and MIL) when to Furniture Mall and survey for the new closet for my room and my brother in-law's room since he'll getting married in May 2009.

What I loved about this closet that we can choose what partition that we want. How you prefer to organize your wardrobe? What our idea of keeping things in the closet.

The price was fixed based on the length/size of the closet. It comes with 10' length, 9' length or 8' length. However, the partition was divided equally and you'll get to choose the style for partition you want just like IKEA's but with a fixed price.

However, we haven't decide yet which one to choose. But I liked the A, E or H and G if I have to choose three partition.

Dim Sum

Last Saturday, I've meet up with Ms Azida and Ms. Dils at Summer Palace, Marriot Putrajaya for lunch. The lunch should start at 11.30am. As usual everybody late, including me. I've arrived around 12.00pm.

My Chinese Tea

My First Order of Che Cheong Fun with Shrimp

As waiting for Ms. Azida and Ms. Dils, I've ordered the Che Cheong Fun with Shrimp (not sure the about the spelling). Drink the Chinese Tea and waiting for the food and my two dearest friends to arrive as I'm feeling bored waiting and eating alone.

We ordered this vege dish for two times (yummy)

Ms. Azida arrived around 12.45pm and Ms. Dils around 1.30pm. We ordered and ordered...until our table full with food. Our favorite were the Portuguese Egg Tart, the Cold Desert (Ms. Azida ordered 2 times, Me - 2 times and Ms. Dils 3 times plus 1 Hot Desert), Siew Mai, I loved the Deep Fried Yam and the Che Cheong Fun, Shark Fin Dumpling and so many more.

Ms. Azida enjoying her food

Before that, Ms. Dils already called Mrs. Sue to join us... when we are about to finish our lunch and enjoy our repetitious cold deserts, Mrs. Sue arrived with her big belly of 8 month pregnant. Hope you have a baby boy this time. InsyaAllah.

The buffet is RM48++. However, payment with Citibank eligible for 20% discount. What a save. However, I think Ms. Azida and Ms. Dils enjoyed more the Dim Sum at Equatorial Bangi.

For Mrs. Sue, thanx for the free parking. :)

* so busy with the food, forget to take picture of Ms. Dils and Mrs. Sue...

Imperial International Hotel, Kota Kinabalu

I'm going to Kota Kinabalu and Labuan to visit my cousin and her family. The flight ticket has been purchase since last November with a very very good rates. Around RM850++ (can't remember exact figure) for three person from KLIA to Kota Kinabalu, Kota Kinabalu to Labuan and Labuan back to KLIA by MAS.

Since, hotel in Kota Kinabalu always fully booked, I've just book a hotel today for two nights. Actually I've stayed at this hotel before (Imperial International Hotel) and I loved this hotel but I can't compared it with Le Meridien of course.

The hotel is located and attached to the shopping mall called Warisan Square. It not a big mall, just a small one but I loved the open concept of the mall. Another thing, there were foot massage shop just next to the hotel. I'm gonna love it...can't wait. Plus the hotel near the Philippine 's Market, Eateries and many other shops.

The itinerary for the visit haven't been determine yet. Since my dearest mother doesn't like swimming or any water activity, so maybe no island hopping and related activities. I may want to suggest for a day visit to Brunei...but I'm not sure the arrangement from Labuan. I've to check first. So, I have to plan the 'What To Do List' by January 2009.

I'm Hungry

I can't wait for my lunch appointment. I wanna eat big...very very very big. I have to reserve my stomach. Eat all you can.

See you guys at 11.30 am.

2009 Wishlist

What I want for year 2009? So many things. What have I accomplished this past years? Some life improvement and some average satisfaction.

So, I'm gonna have a target/goal for year 2009. These are My 2009 Wishlist:

Family/Love
Additional member to the family. Doesn't matter boy or girl. I want to have a baby. May be I should try the Biodex product. May Allah bless us with a baby. InsyaAllah.

Home
Built our own house. But for 2009, enough with a spacious wardrobe to store all my clothes and Man's. Plus all my shoes and handbags, minus Man's guitars (thinking like a guitar's store display accessories). Redecorate our room...so many things in a small room. To rearrange.

Career
Improvement in career path. I'm quite okey with my current work. However hope to have some improvement and clearly view of my future with this company. Especially in work load distribution and improvement of my technical knowledge.

Friendship
To have so many times of outting, shopping session, lepaking, book shopping and don't forget eating session...yummy!!!

Travel/Vacation
Visit Mrs. Izwanee in United Kingdom...but I'm not quite sure about it (have to think very very hard since I've been there before). Maybe to Beijing with my mom...still in planning. Or for Umrah...my dad's planning. Or another visit to United State (to include New York in the ittinerary). But for sure to Kota Kinabalu and Labuan to visit my dearest cousin in February 2009 (flight ticket purchased...to find a suitable hotel).

Shopping
My goal for 2009, less shopping. I want to send all my fabrics/materials to tailor. Currently, I have 9 materials in my wardrobe. Restrict myself to enter Euromoda. Limit purchase of shoes to not more than 3 pair. Limit purchase of handbag to only 1 piece (not sure if I can...will try). Clothes? I'm not sure if I can endure not buying any... definately will buy. No restriction but should not be over buying.

Royal Dulton's dinner and tea sets, have to think and calculate...if yes, need Mrs. Izwanee's help.

Health & Beauty
To lose weight. Maybe another 5 - 6 kg more. Currently, just lose 5 kg. Need to lose more kg. Have to be very very patient. No more buying perfume for year 2009...unless I do not have any in my possession, I would buy Fascinating by Salvatore Ferragamo. No make-up buying except for foundation, powder, lip liner and eye liner.

Hope my family and my in-laws will bless with good health and prosperity. And not forgetting all my dearest friends too.

To all my friends...what is your 2009 wishlist? Perhaps want to share and we could pray together to make it come true.

After Almost 10 Weeks

Guess what? I've loss 5 kg after almost 10 weeks consuming Herbalife. Can't wait to lose more weight. But after 10 weeks, I still haven't get used for not eating as usual. Since, I have invested quite a lots of money in this Herbalife, I have to continue... until I achieve my target.

Chaiyok! Chaiyok! Chaiyok!!!

Another 5 kg to go.....Hopefully I could achieve the target.

I have tried three flavors which is Dutch Chocolate, French Vanilla and Tropical Fruit from five flavors. The other two flavors are Strawberry and Cappuccino. French Vanilla can be added with anything...that the best. Dutch Chocolate for me quite boring for my taste, but the Tropical Fruit is quite delicious...has fruity aroma to it.

What is happiness?

I asked myself...what do we really know about happiness?

Some people said that 'Happiness is went we didn't need anything else in this world'. But for me, people never satisfied with what they have. They always want more. So, what is happiness?

People are wondering how was life gonna be? Would happiness bring shine to life? What is my destiny? Could someone understand and truly love us the way we want? All this question always pop out from our head, but no one could answer... only Allah knows.

Someone said to me 'I want spend my life with someone rather having everything life could have but no ones to share it with'. People need someone in order to complete their life and to ensure that life are meaningful.

But is it so important to have someone by your side, you have to ignore other aspect or your own expectation of your companion. I've once thought that we should compromise our expectation from time to time, even I still holding strong that we should compromise, however there were some aspect that cannot be compromise.

I've once asked 'Why people in happiest moment think their companion has complete their life end up hurting the one that completes her/him? Or the companion just completes their life in the happiest moment but not vise versa?'

Sometime I kept thinking when seeing a couple and talked to myself, 'They surely looks happy. They don't need anything too materials to be happy, they just happy to be with each other.' But we didn't know exactly what they've going through in their life as other people didn't know what exactly happen in our own life. People make conclusion based on what they see and what they belief.

Life always being describe like a circle. Sometimes we were up and sometimes we were down. I think that what's make life more adventurous. Adventurous to explore and keep going on with life.

You know what I think of happiness? Really think about happiness? Actually I don't really know, but I know what could make me happy.

I'm happy to know that I have a husband and family to share every moment of my life.
I'm happy to have so many wonderful friends.
I'm happy to see everyone around me happy.
I'm happy I have so wonderful childhood memory.
I'm happy where am I right now.
and I'm going to be very very happy if I could have a baby... InsyaAllah.

Our future, our destiny...all in Allah's hand. What we could do, just make the best of life and pray that everything will works fine.

I thanks Allah, for everything He has given ... and hope we all find our happiness.

Baby Eriz

My new nephew has a name. Eriz Fadzli b. Faiz Hussien. We all called him Eriz. He's already 29 days old.

Right now he have some rashes at his face. That's why his face was so red. The feature I like the most about him was his tomahawk hair style. I loved the hair so much and his smell. I think everybody loves baby's smell.

Mrs. Izwanee, hope to see your baby picture and also don't forget Sofea. Can't wait.

Chicken & Mushroom Pie

Man loves the Chicken & Mushroom Pie from King Pie. Every time I went to KLCC he always asked for the pie. Not other food...only the pie but must buy more than one for him.

So, last two weeks he asked me "Kenape you tak cuba buat chicken pie? Cuba la...dah lama you tak masak". Actually it has been around 10 months I didn't cook any dishes on my own, always kacau-kacau or tolong-tolong only. Since I'm taking Herbalife, I don't feel like cooking. If I've cooked, I have to eat.
Thinking that he like me to try and make the chicken pie, so I've made it today for dinner by using this cook book that I've bought at Borders, The Curve last year at a discount price of RM23.90. The best thing of this cook book, every recipes came with it own picture not like some cook book 5 recipes but only one picture.

The Chicken & Mushroom Pie ready to be bake.

Freshly from the oven and ready to be eat.

The Results:

From 4 batches of flaky pastry, can made up to 14 nos of pie. So, 2 pies each. However, I only could eat 1 pie. The pastry make me full. Maybe because of the butter. Too much butter, but I've followed the recipe. Next time, I have to make some adjustment for the pastry.

Not only me feeling full with the pastry. My FIL also think that the pastry is too rich for him. I agreed 100%. Too rich, but the filling is perfect....

Ms. Dils and Ms. Azida, maybe we could have our cooking & lepaking thing and anyone who want to join us are welcome....

The Purse

Thanks to Ms. Azida, Ms. Dils and Ms. Umie for your comments on the Purse To Have. I took Ms. Umie advice to find brands other than Coach.

Ms. Dils recommend the Anya Hindmarch, I went to Isetan at The Garden and viewed the purse. It was funky...and I like it, but the price very very very differ from my budget...

The one I saw was in green colour patent.

I also went to the Coach, to view the purse with my own eyes. It was quite small since before this I just viewed it in the internet and the colour choices were less compared to the US market.

The Salvatore Ferragamo is currently on sales, I went there and asked the sales girl for the most discount items, fortunately she was happy to help me. She took out all the 50% - 70& items. As always the 30% items that caught my eyes (but still out of my budget) but I still can consider one black purse with a small ribbon.

I also when to Kate Spade and BCBG Maxazria... I loved the BCBG's purse, however it was a long purse, what I need was a small one. The leather was nice and the price also fit my budget.

As I'm talking on the phone with Ms. Azida and when back to view the Salvatore's purses, I saw a new purse, white/cream/offwhite not sure which one but the sales girl said that it was in iceberg.

Guess which one I've picked? I've picked the iceberg purse with ribbon bow and diamond lookalike crystal. I've got the purse with 70% discount and the price falls between my budget range.

After four (4) weeks consuming the Herbalife product, I have lost around 3kg. Actually it quite slow compared with other people. Some people can even lose around 3kg in a week. How To Maintain Your Current Weight

I've just read this simple 'Health Bites' from Women's Weekly that if you wanna maintain your current weight is really simple and easy.

Follow this step :

Your body weight in kg multiply with 101.3 for an idea of the number of kilojoules (kJ) you can eat in order to maintain your current weight.

If you prefer to know the number in calories.... just multiply the kilojoules with 0.239

Example: If I wanna maintain my weight of 55kg (if only I'm 55kg).

55kg x 101.3 = 5,571.50 kJ

5,571.50 kJ x 0.239 = 1,331.60 calories

Just calculate what you eat for breakfast, lunch, dinner and anything between. Add up. As long the number doesn't exceed the number of calories of kJ that your body needs.

For your info, this calculation was based on no exercise needed in order to maintain the current weight.

Bangsar Shopping Spree

Last Monday on the Deepavali Day, I and Ms. Azida went for a shopping spree at Bangsar. We meet at Bangsar Village 2 and walk to Cat Whiskers (during college year the only outlet was at Sri Hartamas) situated opposite The LaBodega.

There were discount up to 70%. The new arrival items come with 10% discount for purchase 3 or more items. We just took all the tops that we attracted to and tried it. They have the curtain fitting room so it was easier for us to exchange the clothes with each other.

Ms. Azida had pick a nice purple tunic and I've tried it and just loved it. I bought 2 sweater (one black and another is purple) and the tunic that Ms. Azida's pick. Ms. Azida choose the same tunic but in electric blue colour.... very very nice. All together, my purchased was only RM166.50 for 3 items....average RM55.50 for one item.

Actually I only manage to survey one shop which is Cat Whiskers because I have to fetch my mother since she is working in KL again. Sorry Ms. Azida, so we should have another session... may be at Uptown....

New Family Member

Our family have new member this month and please don't be shock, not that I'm pregnant (hope I will, one day)... just my sister in law delivered a baby boy... a cute and Chinese look baby boy weighted 3.3kg.....

The name of the baby.... don't have the name yet. Hope we have the name soon, as everybody referring him as 'the baby' right now.

Can't wait for 'the baby' to come home today.... and the baby was well known at the Prince Court Medical Center nursery as 'the fierce baby' because of the high pitch of his scream.

The Prince Court Medical Center more like a hotel... not hospital. My sister in law was the only one delivered on that day. I think they don't have many patient as the parking lots were empty and easy for us to find parking not like Gleanegles and Pantai. (Maybe also because of the price/rate is much differ from other hospitals).... What the most important was the mother and baby were safe and healthy.

Metrojaya Warehouse, Mossimo Dutti and Dome Cafe

I've took a leave last Thursday just for the Metrojaya Warehouse Sales. I went alone since no ones are available on that day. I've arrived at the Stadium Malawati Shah Alam around 9.15am and people already there waiting for the stadium to open at 10.00am. Glad I'm there early.

My main target was the perfume. The household item was my secondary... the clothes were no to me. So hard to find the right size... with my big buttock....

At 10.00am, the gate was open, people were pushing each other. I just went straight to the perfume and cosmetic area. First perfume that I took was Stella - Sheer. Since Ms. Azida love the perfume I've called and informed her... and she want that perfume which cost on Rm100 for 100ml. Then I found the Salvatore for female (EDP)...cost on RM130 for 100ml... and I took 2 bottles one for Kak Yus and another one for me, 3 tube of Loreal hair gel for Man which cost on RM10 and RM7 cheaper than normal price and a 100ml Tous EDT for price of RM90.

Then I headed to The Garden at around 11.30am. I'm searching for some blouse. I went to Banana Rebublic, Mossimo Dutti, Robinson (Trucco and Coast) and Zara at Mid Valley. I've tried every blouse that I've attracted to but at the end I went back to Mossimo Dutti and bought a pink paisley design silk blouse and a dark blue sheer shirt.

For lunch, I have a Wild Mushroom Soup and Cranberry Cooler at Dome Cafe.....alone.

Shoe Shoe Shoe... Handbag

Since my mother was in KL again for her works, I've spend every Sunday with her. Last 2 weeks we went to KLCC. Actually, we wanna go to Pavillion, because I've took a wrong road, we just head to KLCC.

We went to the shoes department, loved all the shoes there. My eyes caught this Florsheim sandal but I want to think... so we went to the first floor, I'm so relieve that I didn't bought the Florsheim. There were the shoes and handbags with a big bargain price for Nine West, Circa Joan & David, Anne Klien and Enzo. I've thought the sales were just at Tangs as I spoke with Ms. Dils on the phone before and she bought shoe there at a big discount price.

So, I bought a shoe and a handbag.... so cheap....love it. I've got the bag (Nine West) with 60% discount and 50% discount for the shoe (Circa Joan & David).

I love the shoe the most.... may be because I'm a shoes lover.

Estee Lauder

When to Parkson Grand at Ipoh Parade with my dearest mother, she was going to buy her night cream and powder at Estee Lauder's counter. There were this make-up sets promotion, you can purchase the make-up set with a price of RM220 with every purchase of RM230.

My Mother : Nie, murah ni. Nak ker?
Me : Errhhhh...tak sure ler. Bukan pakai selalu pun.
My Mother : Kalau nak, mama belikan.
Me : Mama nak belikan? Oooo (sambil tersenyum)... okey la kot.

The main item that attract me the most was the lipstick colour and the MagnaScopic mascara. I loved all three colours (from left : Nude Rose, Crystal Pink and Crystal Baby).

I love you, Mama. I've love when she's working... always buying things for me. Thank you very very much.

Herbalife

I just consume this product for the past two weeks. The main intention of course to lose all those excess fats and weights.

Actually it was quite hard for me not to eat as I normally eat, which is eat everything that look delicious and mouth watering (as writing, I've already can pictured all the food that I loved).

Since I've paid a big amount for this Herbalife product, I can't wasted the money... am I right? So, I stick to the product, not like the product doesn't taste good....actually it taste so good.

I've already lose 2.3kg until today. I think I've already lose around 3.0kg but because of all the open houses, I've cheated so much.... However, I still lose 2.3kg.... I'll considered okey... :)

Hope to lose more and more kilos....

I'm just afraid to pass every weekend I have. Weekdays are so easy for me... have the shake in the morning, eat something for lunch and have the shake again for dinner. But weekend..... so hard, plus with the open houses' invitation, food at home, outing with friends (Ms Azida help me) at shopping malls with lots of lots food eateries and of course next weekend I'm going to cheat again big one...

As for tomorrow, I have date with Ms Azida for some cheap shopping, I'll bring along the Tea Mix and the shake for you to taste... see ya. Hope I can endure myself.

We can use the company's rexton for travelling to sites and others place for official office. However, I don't think I would drive it since it looks more like kindergarten or safari's vehicles. Don't you agree with me?

Currently I'm handling 7 ongoing infra project at Nilai and 1 building project at Morib. Hope I could familiarize, blend and adapt myself easily with this environment...
