Online Purchase from US

I have purchased several items for three times for last three months from US by myself. Usually, my purchase from several online blogspot website. What I realized that by purchasing by my own can save a lots of money (I know, surely can save a lots of money if you didn't splurge at all).

I'm a silence reader to Pink Stilettos, and from her blog I found that she had tried purchase online thru www.hopshopgo.com. From there, where I've start purchasing items from US.

My First Order were from Nordstrom and Macys.
Bought a pair of shoe, a purse for a friend, a RL blouse and several clothes for Adran.

Sam Edelman's flat

My Second Order were from Neiman Marcus, Macys and Nordstrom.
Bought a Cole Haan handbag @ Neiman Marcus, a RL shirt for Man, some Spanx stuffs and my Bobbi Brown foundation and eyeshadow.

Spanx stuff

My Third Order were from Macys and Ralph Lauren.
Bought clothes for Adran and my sister-in-law soon to be born baby @ Ralph Lauren, a pair of shoe for Man @ Macys, a TH blouse and a tight for me from Macys.

What you need to have in order to purchase online, just a credit card and PayPal account. The price you pay are much much more cheaper from Malaysia even after plus the shipping cost.

I Love You...........

Love this picture. This picture was taken on the way back from Ipoh to Bangi last Monday. Adran felt asleep as soon as we start our journey back.

So, when Man stop for a break at R&R, Adran's woke up. He was smiling to me. I think he is comfortable with his new car seat. We have upgrade to this car seat from his baby carrier cum car seat since the baby carrier cannot cater for his size anymore....his length and shoulder.

Selection of car seat was made by putting him to each car seat and compared his respond to each car seat. He only like two from four of car seat that we choose and this is the cheapest. He knew how to save mummy and papa's money (Actually, another one that he choose was the most expensive...hehehehe).

Love you so much Adran! Happy 6th Months!

Shopping for Adran

I've attended a seminar at Bukit Kiara, after the seminar I went to Mothercare @ BSC. A shopaholic like me can't resist myself not to buy anything.

Bought this silicone teether by Lifefactory and additional teats for 3 months up

Since Adran already 4 months plus, I'm so eager to bought accessories for his first solid. Can't wait for him to start eating solid this end December.

Beaba Silicone Spoon : Bought this in purple

Beaba Spoon & Folk Set : Bought this set

Beaba Babycook : I want this, but too espensive

Beside the Mothercare is Times Bookstore, so bought some books for Adran. Complete Baby & Childcare by Dr. Miriam (I have her book on pregnancy), Best Ever Cookbook (for Infant & Children) by Annabel Karmel and My Baby Book for keepsake.

Love all three books.

*You can find the Beaba product at Bebehaus at Bangsar Village.

01 11 2010

Alhamdulillah, today is my birthday and I'm still alive, healthy and happy. Today I'm 30 years old.

In 2007, I was tagged to do post about 'Six Things I Wish To Do Before 30' . So, I want to evaluate what I had archived in this three (3) years.

My Dearest, Muhammad Adran Danial

My first wish, to get pregnant before I'm thirty. My wish had been granted, Alhamdulillah. I 've give birth to my beloved baby, Muhammad Adran Danial.

My second wish, to have our own house. We are still staying at my MIL house. We are currently preparing for planning submission. Hope that my wish can be granted in two or three years.

My third wish, to have higher income. I think I have higher income now compared to three years ago. Alhamdulillah.

My fourth wish, to win a car in a contest. I'm not a lucky person in contest. But we bought our current car in 2008.

My fifth wish, to have 20 pair of shoes and handbags. I think I got more than that. Hehehehe. Syukur to Allah for the rezeki.

During Mrs Wahiza's wedding

My sixth wish, to attend Ms Azida, Ms Dils, Ms Farah and Ms Umie's wedding. I managed to attend Ms Wahiza's and latest Umie's wedding last month. Cannot make it for Mrs Farah but when for her engagement. Hope to attend to Ms Azida and Ms Dils soon............:)

Aidilfitri Ongoing Promotion!

Online Aidilfitri's promotion is so hot! It is very very HOT indeed. With Free Shipping and many other promotions!

I've thought that since I'm in maternity leave, I could save money since I didn't go out unless to the hospital. But the internet and my shopping nafsu (since shopping for myself was put on hold in order to accommodate for Adran's things) was so eager to have something new.

From Kate Spade : I want both handbags and the shoe

I love a big handbag with compartment and the gold handbag is what I choose. But the black leather handbag with tassel was also great for weekend use and it match with a pair of black suede flat with tassel. Since, it was difficult to buy shoe online since you can't tried it on plus that I've already spend so much on handbags and wallets and so many other things....the shoe was put a side.

Juicy Couture : I want the Pink Powder, but Black is easy

When I first look at this wallet, I've fallen in love with the design especially the tassel and the Pink Powder color. But when I think holding the wallet while buying nasi campur and etc will ruin the wallet, I opt for the black one instead. I think, the tassel is my thing for this time being.

Kate Spade : Go With The Flow Bangle

I've ordered this bangle for my dearest mother since she doesn't want baju kurung for Aidilfitri from Sue together with Adran's clothes for Aidilfitri.

Between Necessity & Preference

When it comes to buying baby/newborn essential there were question between the necessity and preferences. All parents want their children to have everything that they can afford for their baby/newborn.

As for me, I've got confused in buying those tiny small things/accessories. I hope what we have budgeted is the necessity. But the necessity items don't just end at the item...it will continue with the brand and specification preference. How to ensure that we don't overspend and to limit ourselves?

For example: Baby Bath Tub

MOTHERCARE Tub with Top & Tail - RM 159.00

THE FIRST YEARS Deluxe Newborn to Toddler Tub - RM 139.90

IKEA Lattsam Baby Bath Tub - RM 35.00

Which bath tub should I choose? There were a wide range of baby bath tub in the market. It was a necessity to have a baby bath tub. But which one? The Mothercare with top and tail? The First Years with the newborn support? or the cheap IKEA baby bath tub?

It not just baby bath tub....it applied to all items.

But there were items such as Bottle & Food Warmer which is for me is not a necessity but more to preference. How to warm the milk and food? Preference between the conventional way or modern technology appliance?

Sum all together it's all depends on the budget. If you have big budget...then you can think higher range of specification.

But....I'm still confuse....because I'm stuck between the necessity and preference.

Euro Moda Addiction

My main weakness was Euro Moda. Everytime I enter the store....I can't resist myself from buying something from the store....even the intention was to accompanied others.

First incident was at Euro Moda, KLCC when Ms. Azida want to bought a birthday present for her sister...and I just can't take my eyes on the fabric that were display at the main entrance and what happen? I bought the fabric even after spending money at Seoul on fabric....I still cannot resist it.

Latest incident was during lunch time on Friday, my colleagues was going to Metropoint Kajang and as I'm not doing anything...I had follow them and enter the Euro Moda. And again....I can't resist from buying...not one but two. Actually, I bought only one for me...but if my mom knew that I bought another fabric...she would definately complain, so I've bought one for her.

Mine: Blue abstract....My Mom: Yellow with paisley design

I have to restrict myself from entering Euro Moda...for that...I can't go to Metropoint or Jalan TAR anymore...and please don't ask me to accompany to the store....I'm a bad person when I enter the store. VERY BAD.

Sakae Sushi

Yesterday went to KLCC to have lunch with Ms. Azida at Sakae Sushi. The environment of the restaurant not much differ than Sushi King except for the exclusive look with computer ordering system.

Me....waiting for our food

Ms. Azida was so geogeous with her purple scarf and blouse plus the skirt

The price was reasonable and just as same as sushi king but the menu was more variety. We ate until our stomach full. There was a promotion for Citibank Credit Card holder....Buy 1 Free 1 for the handroll. Ms. Azida had two Spicy Salmon Handroll and for me the Soft Shell Crab Handrolland Prawn Tempura Handroll.

Fried Maki & Miso Soup

Salmon Skins and Spicy Salmon Handroll

My favorite : Eniko Niku Maki (Beef with Mushroom)

My favorite : Baby Octupus
(which I think the cheapest baby octupus)

My second intention to KLCC was to buy a customize make-up palette pan by Bobbi Brown for easy carrying and organizing my make-up case. Bobbi Brown currently having promotion for the customize make-up palette pan....buy three items (eye shadow, blusher or any items that can be fixed into the pan) and received the four palette worth RM40. Actually, all palette pan (3, 4 or 6) was sold at the same price of RM40 and I'm thinking of buying the 3 palette pan which was for my two eye shadow and another for a blusher.

So, I've bought three items (metallic eye shadow in Champagne Quartz, blusher in Sand Pink and a foundation stick compact) and got the 4 palette pan for free plus Isetan's voucher.

The 4 Palette Pan plus the Stick Foundation Compact

With the voucher from the cosmetic and Isetan's membership, I've bought a bra at Wacoal. Then we went to Parkson and I've bought Patchi with voucher also.

At MAC....Ms. Azida tried the cream eye shadow and she bought the cream eye shadow that match her outfit....every nice and smooth.

Before going back...we went to Chili's to order a take away for Man. Happy eating and happy shopping and went back home with hole in the pocket.....:)

Half Day Leave

Today, at 10.30 am, went to the bank to settle my financial issue for my ASB since it's already reaching end of June...after month of June, no dividend will be calculated. Very easy and hassle free...cause the bank just near to my house (not mine...my in-laws).

Around 12.00 pm, I've already reached The Garden to find the wedding present for my aunty wedding next coming week. They have the wedding registry for the gift at the Robinson with 8 pages of gift list for the groom side. Since we were from the bride side, I've made up to buy something out from the list...so I've got her a Bohemia's cake stand.

I've also bought myself a pair of gray sandal and a clutch from Nine West which was on sales at Isetan and paid partially with my voucher.

Lunch at the Pastis...they having the RM12.90++ set lunch which I'm having alone but the food was nice plus the good price. I have the Spaghetti Aglio Olio with grilled prawn and chicken ham, vanilla ice-cream and sprite.

Nine West Bargain Corner

I went for family gathering with my aunty family at One Utama last Sunday for discussion on the wedding preparation. I've arrived one hour earlier than the scheduled time. So, I just browsing the shop at the new wing.

When I went down an escalator, I saw a signboard showing Bargain Corner for Nine West. I've follow the direction to the Bargain Corner located at the Rainforest section near the Paddington Pancake House.

There were a lots of shoes and no so many customer in the store. There were shoes from Enzo, Nine West, Steve Madden, JLo and also Jessica Simpson. But it was quite impossible to find the shoes with your size. Not that there were no sizes...but the shoes were scattered around and I found a shoe that I like with my size but I couldn't find the pair. So...I managed to bought a blue sandal by Nine West.

I informed Ms Azida on the sales since her house just around the corner and my aunty about the sales. So, we went to the Bargain Corner again but we found that they closing the area for organizing the shoes and the SA told that it would take around 1 to 2 hours. However, until after our discussion about after more than four hours...the Bargain Corner still closed.

See...what happen when shoes on bargain affect to all shoes maniac...the bargain corner have to closed down even 4 hours was not enough to reorganized.

Tony Roma, Pavillion...Again

We (me & Ms. Azida) having our lunch at Tony Roma again last Saturday. We meet up at Pavillion around 11.00 am. Our main agenda always will be the good food.

So...Ms. Azida having the Grilled Salmon with Tomato Pesto and Broccoli & Rice as the side dish. I loved the salmon and the tomato pesto....plus the rice was very yummy.

As always....I've ordered the Tony Roma's speciality....The RIBS and the bake potato. Very very delicious. Love it so much! But I think I want to try something else next time dining at Tony Roma.

And also a take way for deary husband....the Tony Roma's Burger with lots of fries.

Then...our Burning Off the Calories Activities began......walk and shop and walk and shop! Plus Burning Off the pocket too.

I've got a pair of clearance shoe at Nine West from Enzo, a purple shirt from ZARA and a blue blouse from Mossimo Dutti which also currently on sales.

Ms. Azida got herself a pair of nude colour shoe from Esclips which was very sexy on her.

And I've got something nice...and thanx to Ms. Azida.... A Tie Rack scarf that she bought recently, because I loved that scarf she sold the scarf to me. Lucky me.

* I've already wore the scarf twice.

Zara Purchase

When to The Garden last Sunday to picked up my contact lenses at Better Vision. Actually, I can picked up the contact lenses anytime...but since Man always asking 'Tak keluar ker hari ni?'. So, without hesistate, I get myself ready and meet up with Ms. Azida at The Garden...hehehehehehe and Ms. Azida actually was at One Utama with her dad at that time and continue her shopping at The Garden.

My new sunglasses (it still look big even I've choose the smaller frame)

I've picked up my contact lenses and then proceed to Marks & Spencer and bought their biscuit...Swirl Butter Chocolate and Custard Cream. Very very very yummy.

When down at ground floor and saw people line up in front of the Coach store. Since, Ms. Azida has not arrive, I went to the Coach store to find out what was on sales....many gorgeous handbags and wallets...but nothing interest me...:)

When Ms. Azida finally arrived...we when to Shoe Repair at Mid Valley to send Ms. Azida shoe for alteration and then proceed to Miss Selfridge, Doherty Perkins and Topshop. I found one gray pant that I like...but no size available for me.

Ms. Azida found a pair of shoe at Metrojaya and then we went to Ace Hardware to buy Man's thing 'Throttle Body Cleaner'. Even the sales person couldn't find the 'Throttle Body Cleaner'. and I don't even know what is throttle body. But when I called Man and told him that I couldn't find the thing, he said to look for 'Caburator Cleaner'...then I found the Throttle Body Cleaner'.

After that...we start browsing all the clothes boutique at Mid Valley. Our last and ultimate stop was at Zara. I've tried around 11 items and Ms. Azida tried for 3 belts and 2 shirts. Ms. Azida end up buying 1 black shirt and I've bought 1 gray pant, 2 blouses and a black singlet.

We have lemonade from Auntie Anne's and when back around 6.00 pm.

When I step in the room Man said 'Cepatnyer balik?'. Hehehehehe....Nampak sangat kalau keluar selalu balik lambat. :)

Since Ms. Umie was back in town...we have our gathering at Chili's Mid Valley. Before the gathering Ms. Umie, Ms. Wahiza and Ms. Dils when for spa indulgence at Shah Alam.

As for me....I have my favorite indulgence....shopping! I've got this voucher from Robinson that with purchase of RM250 eligible for RM50 off...therefore, I've bought a La Gourmet stockpot for my mother. I've also got a RM50 voucher from L'occitaine...which I've redeem for a Rose EDT.

Since my last purchase of sunglasses was 2 years back with Ms. Dils at Aldo...and the Aldo sunglasses always gave me headache, so I've bought a sunglasses that was to my budget la....eventhough the SA was recommending all those RM1,000 above...I just told him to find me something cheap. So, I've got an Emporio Armani which was what I want and also bought the Freshlook Colourblend contact lenses which currently have special promotion (buy 2 box free 1 box and plus 1 big bottle of Ciba Vision solution).

We chat and chat and chat and eat and eat and chat and eat and chat.....never ending. We found out that Ms. Umie baggage was missing in action and I'm not sure whether the airlines has found her baggage yet. Hope they found it....so at least all sentimental items in the baggage are still there and together with Ms. Wahiza and Ms. Azida things.

Lastly, we went for shopping for Ms. Umie items since her lost of baggage event.

A Flat Shoe

Last Saturday, beside watching movie 'Confession of A Shopaholic'...I have another agenda for that day...to find a flat shoe and a book at MPH.

I managed to find the book at MPH....and I just started reading it but I just fall as sleep while reading it....I will try my best to understand it since it was important.

I also found the flat shoe. We went like three times to Nine West store....I like the 3/4 inch wedges heal...which I considered as flat...but there already sold out the size 7 but Ms Azida found a beautiful and sexy stiletto. When to the Charles & Keith... nothing suit me. We also went to Florsheim...they were having massive discount up to 60%...but nothing that really suit me.

I've already gave up and then I found the shoe...I never have any dream to have this shoe (never even glance at it) but love their handbags... what can I do, it just happens since it was the clearance for last season stock...not much size left...but manage to have size 38 which fit me rather than usual size 37 that was tight for my feet.

Got voucher from Parkson on purchased of the shoe and I bought a lipstick from Estee Lauder in Rose Tea (our all time favorite...Mrs Izwanee) and got the One Card free for three years.

One Busy Sunday

When to tiles and sanitary fittings store at Jalan Reko, Kajang with my dearest mother-in-law since Man has to work that morning. We arrived at the store around 11.00 am and start our sanitary fittings and tiles hunting for the new bathrooms.

The Green for my new bathroom wall tiles and the Grey for my BIL's bathroom complete with counter tops

My bathroom matching floor tiles

The hardest was to find the matching floor tiles and counter top since we've already choosed the wall tiles. However, we've managed to find the matching inclusive all the sanitary fittings for the bathroom except for the shower rose and the water heater system which will be picked by Man.

By 2.00pm everything settled and I headed to Damansara and picked Ms. Azida. She's my shopping assistant at IKEA and The Curve. Without any lunch...I've browsed thru IKEA for a pair of budget bedside table and found a suitable one which cost on RM70 each.

After that, I have my late lunch and Ms. Azida has her early dinner at around 4.00pm ++ at The Marche. I have the small size seafood tomato pasta with honeydew & dragon fruit juice and a slice of banana crumble served with custard sauce which of course shared with Ms. Azida.

In front of Pasta counter

Ms. Azida in front of Grilled counter

No seafood for Ms. Azida. She has the grilled lamb sausage served with mushroom & black pepper sauce and plain rosti served with cheese and sour cream.

The grilled lamb sausage and seafood tomato pasta

When to MPH again...even Ms. Azida has bought tonne of books at MPH sales yesterday...but we haven't catched anything. Then headed to the Jigsaw Puzzle World...thought of buying the glow in the dark puzzle plus the frame which cost around RM280...so, KIV first.

Women's Day

Got an sms from MPH on the 'Women's Day' and they got this 25% discount on selected titles. After my training course at Damansara Height, I headed straight to Bangsar Village. When to the MPH Store....and found a lots of book that I liked.

My third books from this author

I've bought a novel by Jude Deveraux titled Secrets....which has 25% discount for the Women's Day promotion. Other books that on promotion was not to my liking.

I'll buy this book once they got in normal size

So, I found Glitter Baby by Susan Elizabeth Phillips...not just that, I found another latest book by Susan Elizabeth Phillips, What I Did For Love which seem very very likable but it came in a big size...more expensive and not easy for storage.

My 12th books from this author

Last book I've purchased that day was.......surprise! A phrasebook for Korean Language. I just want to learn some Korean language since I loved watching their drama ;)

Not easy actually to learn other language

Other things that interest me....the woven plastic baskets at SIA to store my things in my soon to be complete bathroom and a bigger one for my books storage.
