Italiannies, One Utama

Saturday, 19 January 2007.

Picked up Ms. Dils at her apartment at Pantai Hill and then headed to One Utama to meet up with Mrs. Izwanee, Cutie Little Sofea and Ms. Azida. There we so many vehicles at the road at this time of day... Jammed everywhere. But to my shocked, i could find parking every easy... I thought that I have to go round and round to find it.

Then, I and Ms. Dils directly headed to Italiannies where Mrs. Izwanee and her Cutie Little Sofea were waiting for us. I miss Cutie Little Sofea very very much... she look more like Izhar right now... maybe because of the hair.

While waiting for Ms. Azida, we browse through the menu. Everything looks tasteful... especially the desert. In my mind... I already thinking about the PIZZA. Italian restaurant, must order list should include the pizza.

After Ms. Azida arrived, we started to order. We ordered one Pepperoni Pizza, one Pasta with Baked Salmon (I can't remember the exact name of the dish), 2 desert.... one Apple Cake and one Bread Pudding. They served bottomless drink but only limited to soft drink... so, I picked Ice Lemon Tea which I refilled for 4 times, same goes for Ms. Dils but she choose Diet Coke (to maintain her figure...hehehehe), Sky Juice for Ms. Azida and Cranberry Juice for Mrs. Izwanee.

They serve us the main menu first... followed with the desert. The pizza was really simple with onion, pepperoni and a lots and a lots of cheese.... but the tasted was yummy yummy!!! The pasta was also delicious with the angel hair and the salmon and the sauce.... It was great.... even Cutie Little Sofea love the pasta, but not the salmon.

The deserts was marvelous... especially the Bread Pudding and the Apple Cake was not bad and Ms. Dils loved it. Since everything comes in big portion, all of us satisfied with the food and our stomach was full with the delicious food.

Then we went for 'Burning Fat Session' .... walking and shopping (not exactly shopping... just window shopping) except for Mrs. Izwanee end up buying clothes for Cutie Little Sofea at GAP Kids. However, I bought two novel by Susan Elizabeth Phillips title 'Nobody's Baby But Mine' and 'The Heart Of Mine'... and received a RM5 MPH voucher.... and not forgotten a reading light.

At the end of the day, I had promised Mrs. Izwanee to send her and Cutie Little Sofea back to their apartment at Tropicana and Ms. Azida to send Ms. Dils back to Pantai Hill Park. I 'lepaking' at Mrs. Izwanee's apartment until 7.00pm and then headed back to Bangi....

Visit To Ms. Dils's New Apartment

Thursday, 10th January 2008.

I wake up around 8.30 am with a blocking nose and a sore throat. As I already promise Ms. Dils for a breakfast at her house... I quickly have a hot shower. Pick up a dark blue blouse, a jeans and a grey scarf. Made a coffee for Man... Put some make-up on, and I'm ready.

Start the Gen2 engine, there were orange light indicated that the fuel tank was nearly empty. I had to stop at the Petronas @ Sungai Merab for the fuel. Ms. Dils instruction was to use the NPE Highway to her new apartment at Pantai Hillpark. Since this is my first time to Pantai Hillpark, I opt for the Federal Highway. It was easy to find the apartment with the direction given in the telephone by Ms. Dils.

As soon as I arrived at the apartment, Ms. Dils was waving at me from her 14th floor apartment. Actually, it was hard to find her from the ground with the sun from above and her at the 14th floor.

As I reached her door step, I rang the bell… then there was Ms. Dils with her red polka dot dress. There was also her housemate, Adrin… which was so beautiful with her curly hair… and of course you was also beautiful Ms. Dils.

I ate pancake made by Ms. Dils with banana and apple jam (if I’m not mistaken). It was tasteful. I also have multiple glasses of orange juice… since both of us not feeling very well. I hope to see Ms. Azida and Ms. Farah with her great news… but Ms. Farah was busy…. So, hope to see both of you next time.

Stayed at the apartment until 1.30 pm, we then headed to The Garden for our lunch at the Bakerzin. We ordered the Lamb Cutlet, Caesar Salad, 3 Tapas (Rasberry Panacotta, Hot Chocolate Shooter & Banana Pizza) and Hot Rose Tea.

The food was delicious as I ate before with Mrs. Izwanee and Baby Sofea at One Utama. After that, we just headed back to Ms. Dils's apartment... and I headed back home in Bangi... alone with headache.
However, you all must visit Ms. Dils's apartment.... it was cozy and I like it very much. If I'm not married, I definately will be 'lepaking' at her apartment....

A Shoulder To Cry On

Do you all still remember A Shoulder To Cry On sang by Tommy Page? During our early years in Bainun, we have this English Club that will organized any program related to English that been held every Sunday night alternate with Bahasa Malaysia Club and Agama Islam Club.

One of the program that had been organized by the English Club was this 'A Shoulder To Cry On' song. All students received lyric handout for that song and we sang it together.

When I think about those time, we were so very happy with nothing much to think about. We just have fun and enjoy our life. Those memories in Bainun... I'll treasure all my life.

So, to refresh back our memories.... Let's sing together. Hope you all enjoy this and remember all our sweet memories.

A Shoulder To Cry On

Life is full of lots of up and downs,
And the distance feels further when you're headed for the ground,
And there is nothing more painful than to let you're feelings take
you down,
It's so hard to know the way you feel inside,
When there's many thoughts and feelings that you hide,
But you might feel better if you let me walk with you
by your side,

And when you need a shoulder to cry on,
When you need a friend to rely on,
When the whole world is gone,
You won't be alone, cause I'll be there,
I'll be your shoulder to cry on,
I'll be there,
I'll be a friend to rely on,
When the whole world is gone,
you won't be alone, cause I'll be there.

All of the times when everything is wrong
And you're feeling like
There's no use going on
You can't give it up
I hope you work it out and carry on
Side by side,
With you till the end
I'll always be the one to firmly hold your hand
no matter what is said or done
our love will always continue on

Everyone needs a shoulder to cry on
everyone needs a friend to rely on
When the whole world is gone
you won't be alone cause I'll be there
I'll be your shoulder to cry on
I'll be there
I'll be the one you rely on
when the whole world's gone
you won't be alone
cause I'll be there!

And when the whole world is gone
You'll always have my shoulder to cry on....

So, what really happen to Tommy Page? I never heard about him for quite sometime... And I also had forgotten that he was handsome. Just realized it...when i watched that video clip.

Christmas 2007 Gateaway

Me, my hubby and his big family went to Phuket, Thailand for our Christmas 2007. Actually, this is my first trip to oversea with his family... never had the experienced before.

We departed from LCCT Airport by Air Asia on the Christmas itself and stay there for 4 nights. It seem like a long holiday... but actually with big family and big agenda... 5 days and 4 nights, was not enough.

First Day
Check-in at hotel and have a very delicious lunch @ 4.00 p.m (Malaysia time)... so very hungry and tired!!! The best food i had in Phuket and very reasonable price. If any of you going to Phuket, please try this restaurant at PS Hotel at Patong Area. Then we have the foot massage (even before we start the marathons...hehehe) the price around RM30 for an hour and for me it was expensive compare with Bangkok but still cheaper if compare to Malaysia. After that, the marathons began.

Second Day
We only spend our time at Patong Area... when to Jungceylon until night time and have an expensive & simple dinner... Burger King at price of Rm17++ per set. Nothing accomplished that day!!!
Third Day
We when for boating and fishing from 9.00 a.m till 6.30 p.m. I never had any interest in fishing, but eventually they have this extra rod... so I've tried... and surprisingly I've got a fish. It was a Garoupa. A big one... around one foot long. The best thing about this trip was the Freedom Beach. The water was so crystal clear and the sand was so fine... I love it so very very much!!

Fourth Day
Phuket Town Trip... the one I've been waiting for... unfortunately, the arrangement for the transportation was very lousy!!! We can only spend time at the Central Festival for about half an hour. What a crap? So, me and my hubby decided to stay and we can fetch a taxi and meet them up later at Phuket Town (things were so much more cheaper in Phuket Town compared to Patong or Karon and etc.). However, the trip to Phuket Town was cut off short in order to accommodate for the Promthep Cape trip... to see the SUNSET. After the sunset trip, we had our last shopping at Karon and Patong on the way back to hotel.

Fifth Day a.k.a Last Day
We had a last swim at Phuket.... but my first time at Patong Beach. The beach was not as beautiful as Freedom Beach.... but okey. As usual, many mat salleh sunbathing but not for me... I'm already haf the sunbath before i was borned. :)

So... that's all for the Phuket Trip. The Canal Village trip that I was hoping.... not accomplished ... maybe next time...or not?
